Important Information

• Please note our drivers do not move bins up and down stairs, if your house/office does not have access to a lift or ramp the secure bins will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level

• The following items cannot be inside the secure document bins due for destruction: Cardboard, Arch Lever Folders, Plastic Sleeves and Binders, Magazines and Photo paper, Newspapers, Bulldog clips, Hard covers from diaries, books, No coloured paper, coloured manila folders, etc.

• For your security the bins are delivered locked, if you would like a key there is an extra charge of $15.00 in certain areas call us for further information

•There is a minimum 48 hours notice (2 business days) required to cancel orders & services and a refund be processed. A cancellation fee will be charged if less than 48 hours ( 2 business days) notice be provided.
